Leadership in Disruption – A Risk and Opportunity Perspective

I have observed the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on our lives and the entire planet. As a result, I was interested in investigating the critical role of leadership in disruption, and the best way to deal with the risks and opportunities that arise. The world needs leaders who could guide them through times of uncertainties, as demonstrated by the extraordinary COVID-19 breakout pandemic declaration on March 11, 2020. It is therefore crucial to know how to lead in times of uncertainties.
